The companion app pairs with the bike via QR-code activation and turns ownership into a connected experience — live engine diagnostics, turn-by-turn navigation, an emergency SOS panic mode that immobilises the engine below 20 km/h, ride statistics, and a community radar showing nearby riders of the same brand. iOS and Android, online with offline-capable ride logging, multiple bikes per account, 24/7 chat support.
What was broken.
An international motorcycle brand wanted to extend the customer experience from showroom into the rider's everyday life. Riders increasingly expect the same connected-vehicle features they get from car platforms: live diagnostics, navigation, anti-theft, community. Off-the-shelf white-label apps couldn't speak the brand's design language or integrate with the manufacturer's specific telematics hardware, and a fragmented experience would dilute the brand at exactly the touchpoint that matters most.
What we built.
We built native iOS and Android apps with bike pairing via QR scan, real-time vehicle diagnostics, live route tracking with offline ride storage, navigation with turn-by-turn guidance, an SOS panic mode with automatic location sharing and engine immobilisation under 20 km/h, ride performance analytics, ownership transfer flows, a community radar showing nearby riders of the same brand, and integrated 24/7 chat support. Multiple motorcycles can be managed from one account.
